The order for online store purchases is stipulated by the Republic of Latvia Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 207 “Regulations on Distance Contracts”.

We implement careful quality control of the production. But if you have unfortunately received a faulty item or if it does not conform to the information provided at goforshapes.com online store, please, contact us by sending an e-mail toinfo@goforshapes.com.

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days and to return the item to the seller. If you are willing to return the purchased items, contact us sending an e-mail to info@goforshapes.com. You will receive a withdrawal submission form. The Buyer is obliged to return the item to the seller within seven days after submitting or sending the withdrawal in written form.

In the case of returning the item the entire payment made for the item will be returned. The item must be returned in full and in good quality, in the same state as the seller has delivered it to the buyer, including all the parts of the item.

Section 12 part six of the Republic of Latvia Customer Rights Protection Law provides that the customer is responsible for preserving the quality and safety of an item during the period of implementing the withdrawal rights. SIA “Go For Shapes” retains the right to refuse the application of the customer’s withdrawal rights or to withhold the compensation charge in the case if the item has been used and/or is damaged, if it is not in its original packaging, or if its packaging has been significantly damaged.

The prices of the goods are provided in EUR, VAT 21% included.
